MN: Cousins

There is almost nothing better than cousin time :) Especially when you are new cousins. Meaning all of you have been alive for 17 months or less. From the moment Mollie laid eyes on Leo, it was love at first sight ... ok, it took a few days for her to even notice he was there. But once she did notice him, she hardly lets him out of her sight. I had a feeling she would also have similar feelings about Crosby! Boy was I right! Those two had a blast chasing each other around, stealing toys from each other, and laughing together. It seemed like each of them thought the other was chasing them every waking moment of the day. Needless to say, they provided a lot of entertainment!

The following 2,000 cousin pictures can be put in 3 categories:

1. Cousin love: sharing, hugs, hand holding, and kisses
2. Water: pool, water table, and bath time
3. Picture attempts (that one is pretty self explanatory!)

Now for the proof:

Cousin Love ... Mollie is OBSESSED with kissing Leo. Anytime he was placed on the ground or any where near her level, for that matter, she would immediately walk over and give him a smooch :)

   

Diaper changes were her favorite time to give kisses. It was Leo's least favorite time to receive them.

 

The girls had fun sharing their snacks with each other

  

 Holding hands on the way home from the park is a must!

  

Water ... Grammie bought a water table for the kids to play in :)

  

Not sure who enjoyed the water more, the kids playing in it or the grown ups squirting the kids!

  

Crosby was happy to sit and play with the chew bath/water toys

  

What is cousin time with out some baths together!! The girls had fun washing each others hair ... and stealing toys from each other

  

 I am pretty sure Mollie thought she was going to get to bathe Leo! She was signing please :)

  

 Picture Attempts ... These are the best pics! Everyone knows that it is nearly impossible to get a 16 month old, 12 month old, and a 4 month old to look at the camera at the same time... with a somewhat normal looking face. But we tried anyway! Here are the outtakes ... I mean the best shots :)

For some reason we thought sitting them in a chair would contain the chaos and give us a better chance at getting a good pic. Obviously it did not work!

  

Note to self, if you are going to sing to try and get a smile out of the kids, make sure you are singing near the camera!
