Wulfekuhle Week!

After Allie and I spent last weekend enjoying our kid-less time together, we drove to pick up her kids, Reese and Cade, whiel Bret returned home with Mollie. We fed the kids and got them ready for bed. Cade was sleeping in the man cave and since he didn't have any warm jammies, his girlfriend gladly let him borrow some!

  

Monday morning we headed to a park. The lovers enjoyed the slide.

  

As did Reese!

  

After the park, Allie headed home with her kiddos for nap time and and Mollie and I headed to the store. Then I got a call from Allie that her car wouldn't start.

  

So we had her car towed and loaded the kids in my car. Reese may or may not have had to crawl through the trunk to get to her seat. She may or may not have thought it was neat :)

  

Later that night, the kids enjoyed bath time! Mollie enjoyed tickling Cade. Thankfully just his feet!

  

 We couldn't leave Reese out of the bathtime fun!

  

Teeth were brushed (sorry Cade for the pink jammers) and it was time for the littles to head to bed. And Olympic watching time for the parents.

  

The next day we played out side in the water. And with chalk. And with bubbles. And with Reese's trike.

  

 Cade was happy with the football.

  

After Cade's nap, we headed to the splash pad. Reese and Cade LOVED it!

   

 Mollie took a little while to warm up to the splash pad.

  

While Cade chased the ball, these two sat on the side and shared secrets.

  

 After some stellar afternoon naps, it was time to play outside again!

  

Bret came home and it was time to check on the tomatoes. 

  

Pre dinner dance parties were a hit with the girls!

  

On Wednesday, Steph, came over to stay with us before she flew out to NYC for the weekend. We enjoyed a yummy dinner and lots of laughs!

  

Not pictured was our time at another park, a trip to Iowa City, and more fun at home. I will link to Allie's blog once she updates about the rest of the pics that are on her camera. We LOVED LOVED LOVED having the Wulfekuhles here!!! Can't wait for fall to get here to we can see each other more often! Love you guys!
