Strawberry pie :)
A strawberry season staple at the Euken house. And it is super easy!
1 baked, unfilled pie crust
1 small container of cool whip, thawed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
Blend the first 3 ingredients together. Fold in strawberries. Pour into a cooled pie crust. Chill for 2 hours and serve.

Yum. If the crust isn't completely cool and you forget the lemon juice, it doesn't set right. Not that I did that, I'm just saying IF someone were to do that... ;)
